A French native, Elise has lived abroad for many years (Africa, Holland, United States…) before settling down in Paris.
Working, and for more than 15 years, as a visual merchandising expertfor luxury houses, Elise started her blog in 2012 initially focusing on food intolerances as she was facing some intolerances with wheat, egg whites and cow milk.
Today, her blog is not only focusing on ‘food for intolerants’ as Elise wants to share more generally her passion for an easy gastronomy. Her recipes are simple and authentic, with a focus on using very-high quality ingredients and seasonal local products, and often inspired by her travels around the world.
Elise is also a food stylist and photographer for Parisian restaurants and is often published in French food magazines.
In addition to teaching food photography workshops, she organizes retreats with other photographers.
