Dragon Fruit, Banana & Coconut Smoothie

After a little tour to a local exotic product supermarket near my home, I found some dragon fruits.

I find this fruit fascinating with its colors and the contrast of its fuchsia skin and white (with black seeds) flesh; this cactus fruit is also full of vitamins and antioxydants.

You can just eat its flesh with a spoon or mix it in a juice. Ideal for a delicious smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 middle size dragon fruit, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups chilled coconut water
  • 1 middle size banana, peeled and sliced

Recipe:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a blender
  2. Serve chilled
