17th of September 2016 : Mediterranean Cuisine

Join us on the 13th of September for a 3 hour food course on the ‘Mediterranean’ cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine is well-known for its benefits throughout the world (the Cretan diet is for example often mentioned as a powerful model).

The idea is to take advantage of the Summer goodness while discussing about the Mediterranean diet and to  work on healthy and balanced recipes with ingredients such as olive oil, chickpea flour, pulses, goat milk, polenta as well as fruits (to mention a few).

This workshop is also very much hands-on as everyone will participate in the preparation of the dishes and drinks. We will share and eat those at the end of our workshop.
