- 3 large parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Guérande salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
Recipe:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and toss the parsnips so they are well ‘covered’ with honey, thyme etc…
- Display them on a baking tray covered with baking paper
- Let them bake till the fries are golden. Do not forget to flip them so both sides are golden
