Vegan Raspberry, Chocolate & Chia Seed Smoothie

This ‘smoothie’ is a no-brainer for your breakfast! It contains chia seeds loaded with iron, calcium, omega 3, fibers and vitamine C, non dairy milks (soy or almond & coconut) easy to digest, as well as frozen raspberries. I always have raspberries in my freezer to play with, whenever I feel like having a smoothie…they give this little acid yet delicious twist to your mix and go very well with other fruits or chocolate. I will post more recipes this coming Summer! Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 125 ml soy or almond milk
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 x 1/3 cup frozen raspberries

Recipe:

  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients
  2. Serve immediately
